Clean & Clear saved my sister's wedding day!

Pros: You can wear it under your makeup. It is invisible when applied. Works fast!
Cons: The chemical smell if you have to use a lot but that quickly fades.
The Bottom Line: I recommend this product for those who need a good blemish treatment, but don't want the hassle of applying facial type of washes.

Yes, it's absolutely true. Clean & Clear Invisible Blemish Treatment saved my sister's wedding and she has the wedding photos to prove it.
My sister has dry skin, and always has a problem with cyst like blemishes that show up out of no where. Of course, she has to make it worse by picking at it, which is a big NO NO, but she never listens to me. Well, it was the week of her wedding and she had that awful looking cyst ... and she picked at it, making it worse. The night before her wedding, her blemish look horrid! My poor sister nearly had an anxiety attack.
Now I own the Clean & Clear Invisible Blemish Treatment myself and I have oily skin and I too have had my share of problem blemishes. I swear by this product. A little goes a long way and one tube of Clean & Clear will last me at least a year. However, I don't have extreme problem skin, so mileage will vary for some people.
Back to my sister's story. She was standing in front of the mirror and she got out the coverup. She smeared and blotted that blemish like there was no tomorrow trying to hide it. Actually, there was a tomorrow, she was getting married and there would of course be pictures, lots of them. Luckily I brought with me, my Clean & Clear Invisible Blemish Treatment. I told her to try it, it worked for me. I also told her that her blemish would be visibly reduced by the next morning, enough so, that she'd only have to use a little dab of her concealer to completely hide it (remember this is was an emergency situation. While Clean & Clear works incredibly fast, it will take a least a week, perhaps less or more depending on the degree of the blemish for it to completely disappear. We needed this treatment to work enough, so she could cover it up without it looking like she was desperately trying to hide something on her face). The next morning, my sister was amazed! The redness and swelling were gone and her major blemish was now just slightly minor one. It was enough that her concealer was able to hide it to a point that her blemish was no longer the major focal point of her face. It was one of those "See? I told you so" moments. She went on to enjoy her wedding without fear of trying to hide her face behind her flowers. Since that day, my sister has become a regular user of the Clean & Clear Invisible Blemish treatment.
About it it's effectiveness. What is does is visibly reduce the blemish within 24 hours of application. It will take away the swelling and redness overnight. It will dry it up and really shrink it. Depending on my needs, there are times when I may have to put on quite a big dab for it to work faster. If I have mild blemishes and keep applying the Clean & Clear at night before I go to bed, I find my face will be so much clearer by the end of the week.
Now as for the smell ... Yep, it smells of chemicals. That is to be expected. With the Clean & Clear though, it really only lasts for as long as it takes to dry (maybe a couple of minutes) and it depends again on how much I have to use.
A tube of Clean & Clear costs around $7 (CAN), which is pretty pricey in my book. However, I will not use another blemish product. I love this product because I don't have to use a pile of it on my face like other blemish treatments. I usually only have to dab a pinky sized drop on the problem areas. When it dries it doesn't leave any film or coloured spots on my face and this is perfect to use under makeup. The best part about Clean & Clear Invisible Blemish Treatment is that it works well in emergency situations. It really shrinks those blemishes quickly.
I think this product could probably be used by all skin types. However I only have experience with the product based on the effectiveness on my oily skin and my sister's dry skin. Neither of us have bad acne, so I don't know how fast it works for those types.
So does this product improve the way I look or feel? Well, it certainly does for me, and as for my sister, it saved her wedding day. I'd say it certainly improved the way she looked and felt!
If I could list the ingredients for you in this epinion I would, but unfortunately the fairies have been at it again in my house so it has magically disappeared. Heck they must love the stuff too!
