I use Clif Bars for on-the-go breakfast sometimes, and I love them! They taste MUCH better than other energy bars I have tried, with similar nutritional value. These also have a consistency that seems more like "real" food than the rubbery consistency some energy bars have. They make for a great snack when you can't eat a real meal and give you the lasting, satisfying feeling of really having eaten something, where you might be hungry again a few minutes after eating a candy bar. The only flavor I haven't like is the "Cookies and Cream."
