I had my make-up done at a Clinique counter at Macys last year and ended up purchasing some items because I was so happy with their products.  One of the promotional items I was given was the Clinique Eye Shadow Trio in buttered bronze teddy bear.  This is a very nuetral set of eye shadows and would probably go with every skin tone and work with every outfit you have and it's all together in one nice white make-up case with a mirror. 

One of the most beneficial things you get with this shadow is a little diagram that shows where to put the lighter shade/base (all over lid), the medium shade/contour (on lower half of lid) and the darkest color/definer (used to highlight the outside corners of eyes).  It helped me get the perfect eye the first time I tried it.  It comes with two seperate applicators.  One brush for applying the base, a pad type applicator and then a coarse bristled small brush to apply the definer.  The applicators/brushes are labeled so you know what to use with which shade. The base color is almost transparent while the countour is a really pretty gold color.  The definer is a dark, chocolate brown.  


The shadow does not clump up or find it's way into the creases of your eyes even after a full day of wearing.  It glides on smoothly and it is very easy to acheive a professional look with this eyeshadow. I've got tons of compliments on my eyes and recommend this eye shadow trio to everyone.  Of all the make-up that I've tried in my life I'm finding that Clinique is top of the line, hands down.  It is definitely expensive but well worth the investment if you can afford it.
