I have very sensitive combination skin, I'm in my 30's, and have used Clinique for many years.
Dramatically Different has a very light consistency, and soaks right into my skin keeping everything smooth and soft as a baby's bottom. I use it as part of their 3-step system (Clinique soap, toner, and Dramatically Different moisturizer). I find that it lasts a long time because a little goes a long way. The only exception is in winter when my nose and cheeks get a little dry and I need to add something a bit stronger. I'm also getting to the age where stress lines are showing up, so I'm experimenting with some additional products in the hope that they might help.
It should also be mentioned that I have occasional acne breakouts, but the use of the lotion seems to have no effect on the breakouts either way.
The one problem I have with it is the design of the bottle. Since you pour it out of the bottle top, some excess can build up on the lip of the bottle and inside the cap. That can get really gross after a while. Clinique now offers a pump-style bottle (for about a buck more) which I highly recommend -- it solves this problem completely.
