Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion
Well, I have been using this product for as long as I can remember. I am a 20 something male and have been taking care of my skin from an early age. My mom would always tell me to put lotion on my face and I've kept up my good habits.
Now, I use more products on face daily than she does - many of those products being from Clinique. We have countless products that were free with purchase, including the Moisturizing Lotion, so I don't see us actually buying any of these products for sometime.
I use the lotion after washing my face in the morning and even or just whenever my skin feels dry and I find that it works very well. In the winter months when my skin is very dry, it is just what my skin needs.
Clinique has 'M Lotion' in their line of Men's skin care products. Generally most bath & body products are unisex. They don't specifically state they are for women. Main differences are scents, and packaging and marketing. A lot of men’s products just have "macho" names and more subtle packaging but other than that... not much difference.
I was very surprised when I was in a UK supermarket and saw a dark colored box of “Kleenex for Men” tissues. Give me a break.
Would Clinque 'M Lotion' for men give me an added benefit as a moisturizer? I don't it. Even if it does - I wouldn't pay $18.00 forM Lotionwhen I have a product that works for free, would i?
Anyway, I would love to give this product the highest rating possible. I like Clinique products but I just don't see what is 'Dramatically Different' about this product. The OLAY complete I use seems to be of a thinner consistency making it easier to apply and be absorbed by the skin. It also has Vitamin E and most importantly SPF protection which Clinique lacks.
I have not noticed any adverse reactions to this product and will probably continue using it as Clinique is just giving it away. It is a good moisturizer but I don't think it’s too great to actually buy.
