I am a self confessed makeup junkie. I suppose it's an addiction that I can live with though! I love trying various brands of makeup, whether it's name brands such as Clinique or a brand that can be found at any discount store. Probably one of my obsessions is lipsticks and lip glosses. At least it seems that way lately! Shortly before I went on bedrest, I made a trip to the mall and couldn't help but stop by the Clinique counter. When I came across the sample tubes of Clinique Liquid Lipstick SPF 15 I couldn't help but try them and then buy one!
~*~Cost~*~
For a .2 OZ tube of Clinique Liquid Lipstick SPF 15 I paid $12.50 at my local Belk's department store. This product as well as other Clinique products can be found at department stores, Clinique.Com and other online stores, varying in price.

Clinique Liquid Lipstick SPF 15 comes in a .2 OZ tube that looks just like the type of tube lip gloss comes in. The cap is silver while the bottom clearly shows the color of the lipstick. Clinique Liquid Lipstick SPF 15 has a wand applicator, just like lip gloss does.
While Clinique Liquid Lipstick SPF 15 is packaged just like a lip gloss, the formula itself is much thicker than a gloss. The color is also much different than a gloss. The color is as brilliant as a regular lipstick! The formula is easy to apply to the lips, without any goop or stickiness. The soft tip wand makes application simple and quick. The color goes on effortlessly. Clinique Liquid Lipstick SPF 15 also has the added bonus of having an SPF to help protect sensitive lips from the harmful rays of the sun.
Clinique Liquid Lipstick SPF 15 comes in a variety of colors, ranging from very light pink to a dark mauve. I chose Raspberry Sorbet.

~*~My Experience~*~
I tried two colors from the Clinique Liquid Lipstick SPF 15 line before finally deciding on Raspberry Sorbet. What sold me on this lipstick is the fact that it is as easy to apply as a lip gloss, but has a terrific, brilliant lipstick color and the shine of a gloss. As soon as I applied the color to my lips I was immediately impressed. The soft wand applicator made application simple. There were no globs of color or any stickiness at all.
Clinique Liquid Lipstick SPF 15 gave my lips the color I desired with a great shine. The color was easy to blend in, and if a mistake was made, easy to wipe off. Best of all the color really lasts! I applied it in the morning and didn't need a re-application until mid afternoon. It also only takes a small amount of this great product to color the lips with beautiful color.
I experienced no skin irritations with this product.

I highly recommend Clinique Liquid Lipstick SPF 15. This wonderful lip color has the brilliant color of a lipstick with the gorgeous shine of a lip gloss. The color is easy to apply and long wearing.
