One of the neat things about the new Cobra line of Drivers is that all of the pertinent information (head size, coefficient of restitution, square centimeters of the face size) is right there on the sole of the club for all to see. There is nothing hidden from the consumer who is looking to score the latest performance in length and accuracy.
The Cobra 350 driver is a 350cc titanium head with a lighter and stronger beta titanium face that is welded at four points into the face of the club which provides nine separate sweet spots instead of just one. A specific Aldila HM Tour model shaft (regular and stiff flex) is also part of the package What this translates into is exceptional distance, even on miss hits, and greater accuracy across the board.
The 350 also comes in a face-offset model in 9.0 and 10.5 degrees that offers players who normally "cut" a tee shot (a ball flight of left to right for right handed players and right to left for left-handed players) the opportunity to hit longer, straighter shots without having to overhaul their swings.
The standard 350 comes in lofts of 7.5, 9.0, 10.5 and 12.0 degrees. The 350 Tour model (same size head design with a square face at address and head weight pad positioned low and directly behind the middle of the face of the club) is designed for stronger players with a single digit handicap and who like to work the ball, comes in a 7.5, 8.5 and 9.5 loft with a specific Graphite Design model shaft (Regular and Stiff).
There is also a lighter weight senior designed 350 titanium model with 11.0 of loft and a specific women's model that comes in a lighter weight shaft and a 13.5 degree 350cc titanium head.
The combination of the titanium head size, the Aldila HM Tour shaft and the Golf Pride grip add up to a total that is confidence inspiring.
Regardless of your ability, if you are looking for more length and accuracy from the tee with the latest technology at a price that is far less than the competition then the Cobra 350 SS driver could be just the ticket written for you.
