Pros: DURABILITY!, Ease of use, & Price
After trying many liquid waxes I was always tired of losing my water bead after a month. Most begin to sheet (a sign of needing wax). I must say to my surprise Collinite 845 has lasted 3 months quite well with beading still present!
Collinite 845 goes on smooth and a little goes a LONG way, but I must say do sections at a time. The carnuaba content must be pretty high because I did my entire vehicle and had to work a little harder than expected to get it off. The sections I did first being more difficult than those I did last.
I had never heard of Collinite products until I found a message board called Autopia that deals only with detailing. Read some opinions and thought I should give it a shot. I am a believer and will only use Collinite from now on. I did a search on google.com and found a seller right away.
What really makes an impact is that they don't make outrageous claims of lasting years. It doesn't take time to "cure" like synthetics, but you get similar long lasting results.
Update!!!: If your willing to put a little more work into waxing I might recommend Collinite 476 Paste. It takes a more work, but has EVEN better durablity than the 845! Don't get me wrong I love 845 especially if I am wanting to use a liquid wax, but 476 on my daily driver has my attention now! Pastes are supposedly known for better durability and 476 is pretty amazing! 845 is still easier to put on (a breeze), but 476 isn't too bad either. I did a review on 476 as well.
