The first room they showed us smelled like cat urine. The next room we were moved to sprang a leak in the toilet of the above suite, our bathroom toiletries, toothbrush, etc were soaked. The only thing they bothered to do was bring us a wheeled cart to pack up our things and yet move to another suite. We moved once yet again. I then complained to Comfort Inns, because I was not getting any satisfaction from the management. Corporate said they would be writing me a letter, I never received it from the hotel. Bunch of sorry sobs they are. Terrible experience. Terrible service. Terrible waste of money to stay there for anyone.
