Pros: Total body support with no motion when cats are jumping on and off.
Cons: Pump is noisy and support is not uniform from middle of bed to the edge.
The Bottom Line: The comfort is far superior and is adjustable to your personal tastes. It is by far the most comfortable and pain-relieving mattress I have ever laid on.

I purchase a demo model (lightly used) from Nationwidemattress.com. It was the Cerenity, with the single air bag rather than the dual and with the visco memory foam topper. I bought it because I have severe back pain from, scoliosis in my upper back and degenerative disk disease in the small of my lower back. I also have arthritis in both hip joints. So needless to say, sleeping or should I say, trying to sleep was painful no matter what position I tried. I'd get comfortable only to have to move a few minutes later because something would start to hurt. This would go on all night long. So, I'd sleep in snatches of minutes to a 1/2 hr at most before I would wake up again and need to move. I would wake up in the morning and shuffle to the bathroom for the strongest painkiller I could take to let me function through my 8 hr a day at the office. This has gone on for years! So, when I bought my Comfortaire mattress from Richard D., I wasn't expecting miracles but a miracle is what I got! The first morning I got up after sleeping on my Comfortaire mattress I noticed a 75% decrease in my morning back pain. YES 75%! The pain steadily decreased until the fourth morning it was entirely gone! I never dreamed that I could have a soft, comfortable bed because my back was such a mess, but I do! It totally cradles you in comfort. Every part of your body is supported so you don't have the dips and valley's in your spine like you do sleeping on a conventional mattress. The Comfortaire follows the contours of your body so your spine stays straighter and air gives you the support you need. Also a factor that I love is that I do not feel my cats jumping on and off the bed during the night (this may be due to the foam topper) and when you have 4 cats, that's alot of bee bopping around! I don't feel them even if I'm sitting in the bed and watching them jump up. It's so wonderful. The only thing I do not particularily like is that I tend to sleep on the edge of the bed, and the support there is not as good as right in the middle of the bed. So I have to make sure I sleep dead center to get the best benefits of the bed. But I figure that with the dual air bag model I probably wouldn't have that problem. I also want to personally thank Richard D at nationwidemattress.com for the wonderful and informative customer service he gave me and his honesty even though it cost him a sale on other items I might have purchased there. Thanks Richard, I did save alot of money on those pillows and foundation. Thanks for not selling me something I didn't really need. Your the best!
