Pros: Being able to adjust firmness. Gives very good support.
Cons: Miss the number setting that is not on this model.
The Bottom Line: This mattress is a winner! It has made it a pleasure to finally get some much needed sleep.

My husband and I have been looking for a new bed for about a year. I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, and chronic pain and never sleep through the night due to pain in my shoulders, neck, and hips. We were sleeping on a very good firm mattress (a really nice one)that was waking me every 30 minutes having to turn over because of the pain in my joints. We tried out the Sleep Number beds several times but backed away because of the price. My husband discovered Comfortaire on the Internet and we did our research. Found that Elixa was the lowest price - (if you call rather than ordering on the Internet it is $200.00 less!) My biggest concern was that the rubber/foam would make it too hot. We ordered an Eastern King Cerenity on Tuesday AM and it arrived on Friday PM! I slept more than six hours straight(this never happened before!) the first night, and woke up with much less pain than usual. I was sleeping on a much softer mattress and absolutely love it. We did use the Visco foam pad and it has not seemed to make me hot. It has been a godsend for me. I am so glad we made the investment as I truly questioned whether or not it would really help. I actually look forward to going to bed now! My husband sleeps with the mattress firmer (but not as firm as our old mattress) and says it is wonderful. We are very happy with it and have put our other mattress in the guest room! In order for the Comfortaire to look good when you make it up, you need to set it at 100% full each day.
