Celenity Update as Promised

Pros: Easy set up. Great customer service. Somewhat comfortable.
Cons: Due to being incomplete and pump is broken, mattress is too firm.
The Bottom Line: I believe, Richard D, at nationwidemattress.com, values his customers first and foremost-very rare in this age of getting the bucks for little or nothing.

Since this mattress came to us incomplete and without the proper supportive foam mattress over the air chambers, and also without the foam topper, this may very well be the reasons for my husband's discomfort. Also, the pump is not working properly. So take stock in all of this when reading this review.
I spoke with Richard D from Nationwide mattress, who was very supportive and gave me instructions and suggestions for finding out why one side would go down within 32 hours. He also was helpful in suggesting what we could do to have the pump replaced, which, I had understood, to be within the twenty year warranty. I found Richard to be personable and caring, even though we didn't buy our mattress directly from the company.
Any communication I've had with the staff has been pleasant, and I felt I was valued.
We got this Celenity king size mattress through a friend. It was easy to set up due to the instruction manual.
The main problems are, there is a, noticeable, sag in the middle of the mattress where my husband ends up during the night. Before this, when he could adapt it to his liking, he had comfortable sleep. Now, he wakes up with his neck hurting every day, and this continues throughout the day even though he's tried many different pillows. His lower back hurts too. This is, most likely, due to not being able to adjust it since my husband fixed it so the one side won't go down. I have not slept on it so I cannot give a review from this particular, personal experience. However, the times I have laid on it, I have found it to be comfortable.
I contacted the company for the pump to be replaced but have not heard from them. And after reading the review from someone else here regarding this , I wonder if we will be able to have it replaced, at no cost, since the pump is not included in the warranty, as promised.
If we do, and things change, I will update again. At this point, I'm so thankful I did not get rid of my bed.
