We thought we would try it after reading much of the reviews. After all, it was a free 90-day trial.

We ordered our bed from http://www.airbedz.com. We ordered the Cerulean HP. It came in 5 boxes. It was easy to set up. While we can see while everyone or most everyone loved it - it just didn't work out for us. My back pain went away as many have stated, but we wanted a regulat mattress without the foam guards, middle dividers, etc. But we had to try and glad we did. The service was great. Here is my letter going back to Airbedz and our appreciation of the service provided. The personnel below are probably the ones you will speak with when ordering...

We regretfully had to return the Air Mattress to you. Although we did attempt your trial offer – it just did not work out for us.

We want to thank you for the Great Service your Team provided to us from Day 1. “Bruce Smith” was our initial contact. We worked with him on getting our mattress. Bruce was very instrumental in this coordination and kept us abreast on everything – he was very cordial, professional and service oriented from the beginning - which made our first steps with your company – confident going forward.

When we decided that the mattress was not going to work out for us, we called back and this time - encountered “Cherri Fortenberry”. She was very helpful, nice, polite and understanding on our return shipment, and even had the UPS electronic tags coordinated with UPS so that all we had to do was get the boxes ready for shipment. She was very nice and professional throughout and answered all questions. These two are a good front for the company and leave a very good impression on you when doing business with AirBedz.

We thought you should know of their exemplary service. We will continue to recommend your Airbed to others, and will provide our input to the website on where we first came across you. Working Personnel are always a reflection of the Staff who run the company.
