CONVENIENCE - SWITCH TO THIS BANK!!

Pros: ONLINE BANKING, ONLINE BANKING, ONLINE BANKING!
Cons: VERY low interest rates for accounts. Poor head branch customer service.
The Bottom Line: Use this bank just for online banking.

To say that this bank is convenient is an understatement.
I do ALL of my banking and check writing online... without any fees. I do all of my bills online now, and it's simple. Set up who you're paying to (once), type in the amount, click (almost seems too easy). Can even set up scheduled payments (mortgages, car payment, etc.).
I had my first home loan through Commerce. They had a great deal for first time home buyers at the time. Something like .5% off of the going rate. Great deal! I did have a problem once with this - I wanted to know why my payment went up $60 a month without notice. Whenever I called, I kept getting, "I'll call you back" with no return call,... either that or I'd get an answering machine without return call.
Then there was the time I took out $1000 from my checking account. The girl at the counter gave me $600! She made good on it, just make sure you recount your money before you leave.
Other than that little stuff, no problems in the years I've dealt with them.
For the conveniences, you end up getting less interest rates in your accounts. For not having to write and send out checks every week,... I say it's worth it.
