Pros: nothing now
Cons: Underpaid and unqualified employees, long lines, system glitches, hidden fees
The Bottom Line: I pay more in fees than I do at national banks.

Message Thank you for contacting us, xxxx.
The minimum daily balance requirement for your account is $100.00. If your account falls below the minimum daily balance at any point during the statement cycle, you will be charged a cycle service fee of $15.00. The charge posts on the last day of your statement cycle. You may avoid future cycle service fees by maintaining a $100.00 daily balance.

Now you get charged $15 if your balance drops below $100 at any given point, and then they continue charging your account money until you bring it back to their "minimum standards". Business customers will be charged $25 if their minimum balance drops below $1000.
Go figure. Their are changing their policies as often as their employees. Bye bye commerce!
