The more information you include will make your review more helpful to consumers. You can mention the problems you had with the unit and with the technical support. But, you want to include your experience with all the features of the unit. How well does it scan and fax and printer. How easy was it to setup and use. It you decide to make changes please email me and I will go back and re-read it.

you didn't say very much about the printer itself. How does the printer work when it does respond to Windows XP... are you sure that the issue isn't with Windows XP... although the first service pack for XP is due out in a few months.
