I must communicate to you in words the terrible online shopping site
called BEST BUY.COM. I went into there website to buy a portable cd player for my brother for Xmas. There was a item which was perfect and
was in stock. I decided to purchase and thought that was it. Well it
was only the beginning. Three days after my order they e-mailed me it was
out of stock. Why didn't the website inform me of this. Best Buy also
tells its customers that it will only charge it customers when the item
is shipped. That is a LIE. The not only charged me for the item but
put a second hold on my account for reasons I don't know. They didn't
want to admit it but since I work for Chase Manhattan Bank, which issued
my card I set them straight! I am going to let the Better Business Bureau know about this company's practices and warn you all to stay away!
