Pros: It works
Cons: takes a while and the closer you get to the head or root of the wart, it will burn.

Compound W really worked to get rid of my planter wart, but it took almost 4 weeks to do it. I used this product 2 times a day for 4 weeks to get rid of the painful planter wart on my toe.
I must say that I do like this medication because it does deliver what it promises. It just takes a while for it to do it. I guess they work on the philosophy that nothing heals fast.
Now, don't get me wrong, there were quite a few painful moments while using this product. The closer it got to the end of the root of the planter wart, the more it hurt and the more it would burn, but that too was a side effect from the medication.
When I was a child this was the only product my mother would use to get rid of my brother's warts, and believe me, a little boy can get many of those nasty things! It always worked. I have never use any other brand so I have nothing to compare it to. I just know this product works.
I recommend this product 100% of the time to anyone who asks me what they can use to get rid of warts. It has worked for them too!
