Directions

If you have ever used a sunless tanning lotion before you know that the key is even application of the product. Coppertone recommends that you exfoliate your skin before using. Next step is to blend in the lotion in an even layer. You can repeat the process in 3 hours if you want a deeper tan. To maintain your color use daily or as needed.

My Experience with Coppertone Oil-Free Tanning Lotion

I have been using this product for several weeks now. It produces a very natural looking tan. I used the Light/Medium formula since it is the beginning of summer. I didn't want to appear the next day with a full blown deep tan. This lotion is easy to apply evenly. I didn't find any streaking and the lotion is indeed oil-free! It is not greasy by any measure and is a pleasure to use. I also found that this product did not leave build up on elbow, knees and ankles like some other sunless tanning products do.

My only complaint with Coppertone Oil Free Sunless Tanning Lotion is that it does not contain a sunblock. So if you use this and then spend the afternoon in the sun, be forewarned that your skin is not protected.
