| mmy23's Full Review: Cosco 10-T41 Toddler Bed |
I have three small boys, ages 4 and under, and I do not intend to buy a second toddler bed. My boys are rough-and-tumble, but this bed has stood up to the worst of their torture for the three years I have owned it. I have been nothing but pleased with my purchase. I need to note, however, that over the course of the past year I have had to tighten the screws in the bed about 4 times. The use has apparently started to loosen them periodically, so be sure to check them. I have always tested the sturdiness of the bed with my own weight afterward, and there has been no loss of durability. The bed took about an hour for my husband and I to assemble, using the instruction sheet, so assembly is a minor concern. This bed did not come with a mattress, but there are safety guards included to hold a mattress in place. This is an important safety measure that ensures a child will not become entrapped if the mattress shifts. Overall, this product has many excellent points, and other than fairly long assembly time and no included mattress, no problems that I have noticed in three years of constant use.
