"To protect endangered indigenous animals from harm, pets are not allowed."
Dogs on leash, and ones that you pick up after well, are not a "danger" to indigenous animals.
People are the reason we have endangered species, pollution and territory destruction, remember that.

Because I used to live in Pacifica, I've been to Ano nuevo State Park, camped at Big Basin, dined in Pescadero, and swum or fished near by, but I was unaware of this new facility. You are right about the unspoiled coastline. Let's hope that we can keep it that way.

about one of my favorite summer activities. Each year, we go Ollalieberry picking on the coast. It's a wonderful day of meandering for us as we head into Pescadero, buy artisan breads and lovely fresh summer produce.
Next year, I'll send you home with a berry pie or the jam.
