I recently started wearing makeup after a long break, due to acne. But since my face has started to clear up, my self esteem is moving up, and so is my desire to look better, and feel better about myself. I find makeup gives my whole day a boost, if it does not take long to apply, and it looks good, as well as stays in place!
The biggest part of doing my makeup is my eyes! They are tiny, and without eye liner they nearly disappear from my face! I don't have a real steady hand, so liquid liners are out, I end up like a raccoon, before I even finish the application! The traditional eye liners, are harsh, and the pressure needed to apply seems to stem my eye ducts, and the tears flow, again turning me into a raccoon! Then, a friend recommended I try the Cover Girl Perfect Point, Plus eye liner!
It goes on in one stroke! Its have a fine line, does not take long to apply, and best of all, it stays where I put it! What more could a gal want from an eye liner? Well.. I want to be able to smudge it, and give my eyes a smokey, smoldering look for the night life!
And this pencil has the perfect smudge eraser on the bottom, making it a perfect pencil for me!
I have found that this comes in 3 cool, 3 warm and 2 neutral shades! The cool colors include Dusty Blue, Midnight Blue, Plum Velvet! The warm are Espresso, Chestnut, Grey Khaki, while the neutral are Black Onyx and Charcoal.
I tend to use both the black and onyx and the charcoal! The black onyx gives the perfect line to my lower lids, while I can blend the charcoal into my top line, and get the perfect combination to make my eyes stand out! I have also used the Plum Velvet on my upper lids for a night out, and can recommend all three, there is not a better liner on the market for this price!
I have tried the more expensive brands, another one that I liked was the Avon, although CG takes the best price, and best overall in my book!
