Pros: Relatively low price and high quality that rivals and even exceeds bigger name brands.
Cons: No name brand. Who cares?
The Bottom Line: Sunglass purchases is a subjective thing. Find the features you want first then choose the style. If you like how these look on you, then the rest is easy.

| justasec's Full Review: Coyote Pz-16 Polarized Sunglasses |
There are hundreds of thousands of different sunglasses out on the market. But most of the "fashion" models that are produced in China for clothing manufacturers or in gross for the dimestore are of substandard quality and potentially harmful for your eyes. Cheap sunglass lenses can allow harmful ultra violet rays to damage your eyes. The darkness of the tint causes your eyes to dilate. If your lenses don't provide 100% UV protection, your eyes take in more UV than if you wore nothing at all. This is a good reason not to skimp on your eye protection. But you don't have to spend a lot to get a lot. Coyote is a growing eyeware company that produces high quality glasses for a workingman's price. The frames are handmade and of the same quality as prescription eyeglasses. Even the lower end models have spring hinges and comfortable nose rests. Although Coyote doesn't offer as many varieties as bigger manufacturers, the models they do offer are stylish and attractive. They're also functional. My particular shades are polarized polycarbonite with full UVA and UVB protection. They also offer many with glass lenses, though the plastic are better for impact resistance. Glass is probably better for casual wear because it has less distortion and more scratch resistance. I definitely recommend polarization, though this adds a bit of cost. Polarization filters glare so a hot and bright summer day on the freeway will definitely be more manageable. And if you fish, polarization will allow you to see past the glare of the surface and into the water. It's something you have to see in person to believe.
