Pros: Comfortable, conducive to getting good rest, helpful for edema conditions.
Cons: VERY expensive, high pressure sales pitch by the salesmen who sell these products.

The salesman told my father he had "won" something. The "prize"? Discounts on a craftmatic purchase!

I've never heard from someone who has actually owned a Craftmatic, thanks for the review. The sales information was very helpful.
I'd also like to know how you think it works and if the heat and massage are effective.

Very good information on the sales pitch and the price. Does the bed work easily? Are the controls easily within reach? The model you bought tell me about it. Does it do anything special? How many level does the bed attain? Is the mattress firm, padded, thick or thin?
