My very first lawn tractor.

Pros:Hydrostatic transmission makes cutting easy, wide cutting deck, plenty of power.
Cons:Reverse pedal for hydrostatic transmission seems a bit cheap.
The Bottom Line: Definately buy if you have the money, if not this tractor get one with the hydrostatic transmission.
I'm 25 and just bought a house with a 1 acre lot. Grass was getting high so I had to start looking for a lawn tractor. My front yard is very steep in several spots with alot of trees. I wanted to bag the grass so I figured I'd need something with enough power to make it up the hill will a fully loaded bagger. Ended up completely filling up the 3 bin bagger and tested it out driving straight up the steepest part of my lawn - probably 30 degrees. Tractor didn't bog down or even seem like it was going up a hill with the 25HP engine. Hydrostatic transmission makes mowing my yard that has alot of trees and obstacles very easy. Only complaints I have so far is the far right bin in my 3 bin bagger doesn't seem to catch very much grass, most of it ends up in the left or center bins. Also the reverse pedal for the hydrostatic transmission is a bit small and feels a little chinsy, if the pedal had been designed like the one on the Cub Cadets it would be perfect. However I would HIGHLY recommend this lawn tractor or any lawn tractor that has the hydrostatic transmission. Makes mowing fun and easy.
