| Kenchiw's Full Review: Creative Technology Nomad Jukebox (32 MB) MP3 Play... |
Still looking for the right portable MP3 player for yourself? Yup, it will be me back at last month. But guess what, I had ordered a neat Creative Nomad from www.onsale.com that truly become the dream MP3 Player I had waited so long.
The first thing came to my mind when I open the package and get a hold of the Nomad 64 was "Wow, so future-cool look". It got 32MB RAM built-in, plus a extra SmartCard to let me record a hour of MP3 music with no problem. Its surface is extra smooth with matte-silver and magnesium-cased. As for its size, its no bigger than a pager, enough room to fit in my pocket with ease. After I get Nomad 64 connected to my PC, I can immediately download tunes from my favorite music sites with its customized version of MusicMatch jukebox. That's not all, I can also organize my music collection and collect CD tracks.
Just a few downhill slide for Nomad 64, I had quite a difficult time dealing with its poorly designed control, so small that really hard to operate by just touch alone. Also, sometime I was having trouble convincing my PC to recognize that Nomad was already hooked up, but that isn't a big problem since I always succeeded after a few trys.
Overall, Nomad 64 is really a outstanding MP3 player with its distinct feature. However, its price tag is a bit 'bigger' than other players. But hey, its such an cutting-edge technology device that really deserves appreciation.
