Cheap quality at a Cheap price

I would not personally recomend this product to anyone who wants a high quality mp3 device. I bought this last month because I wanted something I could take with me while walking outdoors.
I have been a creative-labs customer for a few years now and I have been impressed thus far. I purchase the product and open the package and the first thing I notice is a lack of a belt clip. I thought how odd. I shrugged my shoulders and thought oh well I can fix that later. I then begin to set up the product and load my mp3's. I am an avid music lover so I have a quite a bit of music I like to listen to.
I soon discovered that the storage capabilities were very poor. I decided to call creative support just in case I made a boo-boo or did something wrong to cause this.
The represenative I spoke with told me " You must have messed it up some how and I can't even imagine how you did that" He also went on to say that it did not take a rocket scientist to figure this out.
I then asked to speak with his supervisor. I talked to a man named Dale. Dale told me he did not know anything about the product and gave me an address to write to. I then asked for his supervisor and his supervisor gave me the same address to write to.
To make a long story short, I ended taking the product back to best buy and getting a refund. I do not recomend this product to anyone who wants a good quality mp3 device.
