| Economist33's Full Review: Creative Technology Nomad IIc (64 MB) MP3 Player |
The main criteria I had when looking for an mp3 player was that it would last and it be expensive. Many of my friends had told me to get the Apple iPod, but after looking at its hefty price I decided not to. Minutes after buying the Nomad IIc mp3 player, I realized that I had just entered the world of portable digital music without spending a fortune for an iPod!
The Nomad IIc mp3 player offers an acceptable amount of features for the price. Not only can you put a good amount of your favorite songs on here, but you can also use it as a digital 'tape recorder.' It allows you to record audio which can then be transferred onto your computer. This feature is good if you have to interview someone or just want to capture audio for any reason.
I also like that the memory is expandable using a memory card. If you ever need to put more songs than it can hold, you have the option of doing so. But, for now, I recommend this mp3 player to those who only need a reasonable amount of songs for running, short trips, or even just to have for boring moments.
