I really like this casino for a number of reasons. One it's the largest. So it's the most likely to have a game going that I want ($2/4 Limit Hold'em). There's a $3 drop from each pot that's raised ($.50 going to the Bad Beat Jackpot). This is in the middle of the area card rooms.
Another reason is that it's really nice. Also it's well run. Favorite feature. Nicest poker room bathrooms in the area, second only to the Hustler Casino... actually it's close. The stalls at the HC are open under the dividers while the dividers at CC go all the way to the floor and their tile, not metal. But HC is in general classier....
...I could debate bathroom niceness for a while, so I'll leave it at that. But the nice ones at CC are upstairs by the small games, not the grungy downstairs ones.
The small stakes games are upstairs, ($1/2 NLHE and $1/2 $2/4 LHE and Stud hi) from the entrance where the valet is, turn left and go up the grand stair case. The really big games are straight ahead ($40/80 blinds) from the main entrance. If you turn left from the main entrance you'll see the Blackjack tables, if you turn left again you'll see the middle stakes tables, which is probably the biggest room there.
The $1/2 NLHE game upstairs is a $40 max/min buy-in.
The nice thing about the upstairs is that they don't have full food service so they give away free meals. Well they did, I haven't seen it in a while, it could just be that I haven't been there at the right time.
Upstairs they also have two electronic poker where they have a $40 buy in Sit'n'Go tournaments.
The Omaha games start at $3/6 or $4/8 I think... can't remember
