I was disappointed with this coffeemaker. I assumed since it was a Cuisinart that I was getting a quality product. Although it looks good on the counter it's performance was below average. The coffee was not hot enough for me. I could also see that after some usage repairs might be needed. The line that feeds the water into the grounds is attached to the lid of the tank. After some time I would be surprised that this would hold up. I replaced 11 year old Braun that still worked great but had some wear & tear. I returned this and purchased a Braun Flavor Select. I now enjoy HOT coffee instead of the Cuisinart's warm coffee.
