Pros: Great quality, fun to mix and create your own ice cream.

Cons: Takes a while to freeze the bowl and to firm up the ice cream.

i have had this maker for several years and have lent it out to friends. Everyone is very happy with the quality of ice cream and people I have lent it to have bought their own.

The bowl takes time to freeze and you gotta plan ahead as the ice cream is not firm when you are done making it so it has to sit in the freezer to firm up. Also you have to store the bowl in the freezer between batches. I made a ice cream cake for my daughters birthday and it took several days as I was making 3 different types of ice cream.
But it's well worth the wait!

We enjoy making our own ice creams. I have even made a white chocolate ice cream and have added fresh fruit.
