Very true. It's like a map - you take it apart and it's never a cinch to get back together. I'll take a look at the blender and do a head count on the various pieces. As soon as the post-wedding chaos dies down, I'll add the details! Thanks for the tip - another good idea for when I'm making suggestions to newbie writers as well.

This is an excellent review, the only thing that I'd like to know is how easy is it to take appart? You mention that the blades come apart, but how easily? So many blenders have about 42 rubber washers that go everywhere when you want to clean the damn thing. I'd be interested in knowing how easy this one is to disassemble and reassemble.

Two more weeks of singleness, huh?
Round glass blenders are da bomb. We do mudslides in ours, and I have to say I get requests for more all the time. Don't know if it's because of the blender or the alcohol, but I'll take whatever compliments I can get.
