Cons: hard to get used to. Can be misleading if instructions are not read
The Bottom Line: This brush is an investment you might want to wait on. I enjoy using it, but it is not all I had hoped for. Don't expect a miracle.

Well, I did it. I bought the CyberSonic Brush. I have seen the Infomercial for one year now and I made the investment. Well, I hope it is an investment, anyway. I must admit, I am quite skeptical of informercial products. I have bought several products from television, including Nads hair remover, Perfect omelette, and Bun and Thigh Rocker. None of those items have worked the way the ads said they did. I got the Cybersonic in the mail about 4 weeks after I ordered it through the website. I was excited to get this product. I have a hard time brushing my back teeth, as I have a very sensitive gag reflex, and I usually am on the verge of vomiting when I brush every day. Brushing my tongue is even harder. I got the package and had received 2 brush heads, and four tongue cleaners. No flossers were included. They had sent me a double set of tongue cleaners. This was very disappointing as the flossers was one of my main reasons for purchasing this product. Even so, I was still excited as ever to try the brush. I tried it, and felt mixed emotions about it. Yes, it was very fast, but it was so fast that my lips tickled very much when the brush happened to touch them while brushing. I used the tongue cleaner and was not impressed. I decided to get out the instuctions to make sure I was doing it right. I wasnt. It instructs you to try brushing at a 45 degree angle, and use little circles. I tried again and did notice a difference. I can't say it was a "fresh from the dentist feeling", but I did feel a big difference from using a normal toothbrush. It claims that toothpaste is not neccessary, but it just tastes yucky when you don't use toothpaste, so I choose to do so. The tongue cleaner may work, but it is hard for you to notice how your own breath smells to other people. I did feel more confident, which, I guess is not a bad thing. I have used the whiterning gel for about 2 weeks and my teeth are noticably whiter. I am very impressed with that part of the cyber sonic brush. they give you enough whitening gel to last you about 2 months. at 3 months they send you another supply so it really works out. When I informed CyberSonic website of the lack of flossers in my package, they promptly informed me that they would mail them out immediately. I am still waiting for them after 2 weeks. I think this brush is definitly a good brush, but am not convinced it is better than similar products such as Sonicare. It does what it needs to do, which is bush your teeth very extensively. I can not say I reccomend this brush to everyone, but it is loads better than a regualr toothbrush. When I visit my dentist, and tell him about my new routine, I will check back and give a follow-up review.
