Pros: 31000 spm, tongue cleaner, makes my mouth feel cleaner and fresher.
Cons: Not completely free replacement brushes.
The Bottom Line: You can definitely put a price to your oral care, if you can take proper care of it. With the Cybersonic, you definitely can.

Until my recent dental visit for a tooth examination, just so that I don't have cavities or gingivitis, I noticed that how much plaque build up has occurred within the unreachable areas of my tooth crown in a 6 month period. So, I decided to invest one of those electric toothbrushes that are out there on the market, particularly with sonic toothbrushes that my dentist recommended as a solution. So, I went to my local personal health store, like "Personal Edge" to look at the electric toothbrushes and essentially all of these aren't sonic toothbrushes, except for Sonicare. All it really does is brush, Until more recently on a Saturday morning infomercial, I saw an electric toothbrush for sale, which is the Cybersonic, starring Robert Ulrich, and its demonstrations really seduced me to buy this electric toothbrush.
The Main Unit
As advertised, the Cybersonic Sonic Toothbrush moves at a rate of 31000 strokes per minute. Well you can't really see the actual movement, because our eyes aren't fast enough to really refresh the images of every movement that the toothbrush moves. But the motion can be seen only under a scientific strobe light. The strobe slows the motion down, to actually see the brushes move. But with the 31000 strokes per minute, it can actually power clean your teeth professionally, just like you would be in a dental clinic for cleaning your teeth. But with the Cybersonic bundle, it does more than just that.
The Toothbrush
Because of the high operating frequency of the toothbrush, it has more than sufficient power to disintegrate plaque right on the surface and hard to reach areas of your teeth, particularly the plaque hiding in the crevices, which is often very hard to reach with manual toothbrushes and floss. What's great about it is that it can even massage my gums better than my manual toothbrush too. But if all it did were just brushing, Cybersonic would really be a great value here, but as I've already said, it doesn't just brush. After using the toothbrush for the first time, I can feel how clean my teeth are, by just licking on the surfaces of the teeth, including the very back teeth, the grinders.
Flosser
Now you and I know that flossing is a pain right? Well the old fashioned flossing involves with strangling fingers, struggle and probably bleeding gums right. With our busy schedules, flossing is just too time consuming. But with the Cybersonic floss head, I can just secure my favorite floss and attach the floss head to the main unit and I got myself a sonic flosser. With this sonic flosser, it allows me to even reach those back teeth, which can be very stubborn with conventional floss and it can even save you time and reach the unreachable areas of your inner teeth and gums. But for those that are flossing for the first few times will experience bleeding gums, like I have too.
Tongue Cleaner
Now for those that have a rather fowl breath, you may or dentists know that more than 95% of that bad breath comes from your tongue. You may have also come across those commercials that could really eliminate your bad breath by using those mouthwashes or those strips, but they really just mask the problem and they don't really clean the surface of your tongue, the source where the bad breath bacteria hides. See, your tongue is kind of like a carpet when magnified, and bacteria can lurk inside the crevices of the tongue resulting in bad breath. But the Cybersonic tongue cleaner can help eradicate bad breath in an instant. Scrubbing your tongue at 31000 strokes per minute, it can really clean out bad breath forever, if used daily. I just take the tongue cleaner on the back of my tongue and scrape slowly toward the tip of the tongue on all surfaces. With this, I can really experience cleaner breath immediately, even after the first use and I can guarantee that you'll be more comfortable when you're up close and personal.
Whitener
Now you know that our teeth will go discolored over time due to powerful stainers that are found in coffee, tea, dark colored colas and many more. But with the Cybersonic whitening gel, you can have white teeth in just a matter of a few days, instead of weeks or forever with those bulky trays or the dental laser whitening. But here, I just take the whitening gel on the brush head and just brush the gel all around the teeth, brush around as well and that's basically it.
Overall
In conclusion, I find that the Cybersonic is a great deal, compared to those electric toothbrushes that you and I find at the local drug store and with the whitening bundle, it makes it a much better deal too. Although the infomercial says that there's a free lifetime brush replacement head program, but this program requires the user to pay a small shipping fee to have the free brush heads. But at $120, it's really a deal that I can spend for my oral care, at least to prevent further cavities.
