Pros: This machine is easy on joints and gives you a complete body workout!
Cons: I'm sure it is heavy! It takes up space as well.
This machine is a favorite. I work at a gym and constantly hear raves about this machine. I used it everyday and the settings allow you to point out which body parts to work.
What it can do
Your upper body can be worked out easily with a high resistance and you would be pulling more with your arms (biceps and shoulders). Your lower body including your butt and thighs can be worked and toned by using a high incline and any resistance. This machine does it all.
The machine itself suspends your and gives you a gliding motion allowing you to use body parts that you normally wouldn't be able to use. I swear by it, it tones your body so well that your warm up becomes an essential part of your work out. This machine completes the amount of calories of other machines in half the time. I would spend 45 mins on an elliptical and when I started using this, I spent 20 minutes and got better results and after comparing calories lost it doubled what I did, it is a higher intensity. It supplies a heart rate check and gives accurate distance and calories on the display.
This is even used at physical therapy places for balance. This will replace all ellipticals and treadmills! This is by far the best work out machine and I can list the pros and cons of each machine. I have been so exposed to them. This machine is a complete and total body work out. I say that anyone should use this. It is easy on joints and soft. I had knee surgery years ago and this doesn't cause any pain at all. It is an intense work out but is so great. It is a wonderful machine!!!
