My neighbor got me hooked on making videos so I decided it was time to get my own digital camera. I don't exactly call myself an expert in video or photography. But one thing I can say is thanks to my little dxg it helps me look like I know something. I knew I would not be able to afford a high tech high quality camera. So I watched the store ads and finally a sale came up with a half decent one. When I got to the store though they were all out so I told the store clerk what I was looking for and what I could afford. I only had enough on me to pay for the one that was on sale the closest thing to that price was the dxg-608 and it was ten dollars more. The clerk said they would knock off the extra for me. One of the features I love is it says its a six megapixel but you can set it for ten for better pictures. You can set the quality for less so you can take more pictures or longer videos. You can play back on your computer or on your television. Downloading to your computer is simple enough even I can do it. Trust me I'm no expert when it comes to cameras my last camera I owned was a polaroid one step. Now I'm making videos and commercials and taking great pictures like I'm a pro. If I do mess up I can delete it right from the camera and try again and not waste any memory space. I can even attach it to any standard tripod set for different lighting. It has different shutter speeds you can adjust for different lighting. I would recommend the dxg-608 to anyone for their first digital camera that gives good quality. All in all the dxg-608 is affordable, reliable, quality, and easy to use all rolled into one.
