Be careful when purchasing Dacor. My personal experience with Dacor was awful. It took ages to get any acknowledgement of my issues from their "customer service" department and then Dacor refused to take any responsibilty for correcting the defects in the Epicure Double Wall Stainless Oven which was less than one year old.

Their circuit boards, according to my tech who came out are way too close to the heat sources causing heat stress & premature burn out.
He also says Do Not Use the Auto Oven Clean Feature! This takes the oven temp way too high!
I can now offer others some advice on glass replacement and how the doors hinge on and off thanks to a great tech who I paid out of my own pocket to solve Dacor caused issues. Dacor buyers beware, pretty product, lousy, awful, company support.
I have had many other products from GE, American Standard, Kohler and all of therse companies provide Top Notch Quick Customer Service. Dacor - Your customer Service Department needs to take some lessons from the big boys if you want to survive and prosper.
