I bought my Danby countertop dishwasher 7 short months ago. The dishwasher has begun to make a very loud noise when it operates making me wonder if I've paid close to $200 for an appliance that only lasted a little over 6 months? It is still under warranty however; the warranty is good for 1 year from date of purchase. I will keep posting as the problem is resolved. Also, the design of the dishwasher rack is set up to hold a "standard" place setting for four, it is difficult to load any other way. Although it is an attractive appliance, I am not at all happy with my Danby for its seeming lack of durability and inflexibility, and would not recommend it.
