mschreiner1's Full Review: Dansko Professional Clogs for Women
I started wearing Dansko clogs (with the heal backs-this keep the clog from slipping off)8 years ago working as a nurse in the hospital. I was working 12hr shifts and my legs would ache by mid shift. The DANSKO clogs(and I have used the less expensive brands $40 range)really made a difference. I have been buying them about every 2 years since then. I started with white for the hospital, now I wear black&black. They make them in many different colors and styles. My sister in law has them in red&black leopard print. I wear my clogs ALL the time. I love them. I am 30 years old and I would like to say I take care of myself and care about how I look. These shoes look adorable with jeans. Most of my friends wear them too. This shoe is hand made and good for your circulation. This is why my leg fatigue improved and this is also why so many Doctors, nurses & chefs wear them. Anyone who is on their feet for several hours in the day will benefit from these shoes.
These clog are extremely durable. I am very hard on shoes. My last pair of Dansko's lasted me over 2 years. I wore them for a year and then through a pregnancy and 1/2 the year after. They were awesome during my pregnancy. They are not cheap. The prices vary online ($90-125)& shoe stores sell them for more (starting $125 ). These are a handmade shoe so it is important to try them on. Sometimes you have to try 2-3 pairs in your size to get the perfect fit. That's why going to a shoe store is worth the money. I have had to return clogs bought online because of this problem. You end up paying s/h 2-3x over to get the correct fit. I suppose this is the price you pay for handmade shoes. If you buy these I think you will love them. You don't have to wear uncomfortable shoes to look adorable & stylish. Not only are the comfortable they are good for you legs too!!!! 4 1/2 stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
