Hotel is located in a very bad section of Miami. A guard escorted us from lobby to room to insure our safety. The room was unclean, had a horrible odor and we stuck to the carpet when entering. It was so bad we called a cab and left. We chose this hotel online because it offered free shuttle service from airport and port of Miami and the website looked great. We never even got the shuttle service from the airport. They stated it was unavailable the night we arrived. If you are planning to cruise, the Hyatt Regency on Second Avenue is a great place to stay and where we ended up. Avoid this hotel.
