Pros: easy to use and adjust

Cons: heavy and costly

The Bottom Line: This is the best portable planner on the market from the best name in woodworking, I would reccomend this planner to anyone.

simply the best planer on the market. Very smooth planning and very easy to adjust. Lock it in at the right depth for worry-free planning also the depth of cut scale makes for little guessing. Hook your shop vac right into the back for easy dust collection. Comes with a bonus set of blades and a one year warranty and is very easy to take apart and work with. Plus, it comes with all tools needed to survice and change blades, with a guide to set the blades in the correct position. Also, it is about as loud as a vacuum cleaner and stays very steady when placed on a flat surface with virtually no shaking.
