Good review, Lew. I've always liked reading your stuff and look forward to seeing lots of it here on epinions. The beer area is desperately crying out for quality reviews.
Just wanted to let you know that the reason I gave you the Recommended instead of Highly Recommended is that I judge beer reviews by the same criteria you do: tell me about the beer. There's not enough detail here to whet my appetite (although Theo's Rauchbiers are always among his standout seasonals).
Please, sir, may I have another?
