My Dell 2350: Hard drive Failed; Floppy broken (Reply to this comment)

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPUTER!
Today's Date: 11/07/03.
In June this year I purchased a Dell 2350, P4, 2.20 GHZ, MMT, 400F, INT VIDSNDN; 512 MB DDR SDRAM/266 MHZ; 60GB. I have had nothing but trouble with it. The Hard Drive failed two weeks ago. It had been giving me problems but I didn't know why. Called Tech support. They sent me to INDIA for help. The next week the floppy broke. This computer is a piece of junk.
The Dell contracted technician who came to put in the new HD and the floppy said that the 2350 series of Dell computers have "issues". He also said that 70% of his calls are to repair this series of computers. He said any other Dell computer series is ok, EXCEPT FOR THIS ONE.
This is the lemon of computers, in my epinion.
