The Bottom Line: I would never recommend any Dell products to anyone. My first experience with Dell has been a horrible one from their product to their technical support.

What rhymes with Dell? My Laptop never worked from day one. Problems, problems, problems......Couldn't get on the internet and stay on, have spent hours on the phone with people that I can't understand, they will NOT replace my laptop and do nothing but raise my blood pressure! I have no sound, stuck in logging off mode and $$$ down the drain....We bought this laptop in January and have been on the phone with Dell since then trying to get help, this laptop is no better than a big expensive DVD player. I have searched the internet over for answers, have been on the Dell website hoping to find help there, have tried everything, this computer is just a dud. These people are just out to make a sale and do not care about helping when there is a problem. Not only will I never buy from Dell, I have a very bad taste now for laptops all together...I'm going to contact the BBB....I would encourage everyone that has had problems with Dell to do the same. If we all stick together and let the BBB know what Dell is doing to their customers maybe we can finally get something done. I'm not going to just sit around and let Dell take my money for free while I got nothing in return..
