Setting up this computer was a breeze and didn't require any outside help or hair pulling. I purchased this computer on sale for a Christmas promotion and I feel pretty lucky paying only $539.00. That price was great but it did not include the keyboard, mouse, printer, or speakers. My overall experience using this computer is positive. I purchased this product as a Christmas gift for my three growing girls a computer these days is pretty much a must have. I love all the support and help that is waiting for you should a problem occur no matter how big or small. No matter what the task at hand is Dell provides you with easy to read and understand how to guides they really help when connecting things such as a printer or speakers. The software that came with the computer is windows vista home premium. It really is different and can seem overwhelming at first but there is plenty of support out there for the software as well. The monitor is the 17" LCD screen and offers brilliant colors. I am very happy with this purchase from dell and will do business in the future with them as well.
