The laptop has had problems since I got it. I have called their tech support numerous times and have spent hours on the phone and have gotten nowhere! Everytime I call I have to repeat everything, I have to spend time re-explaining the problem, repeating solutions I've tried before, and each time told different things. Its like they have a full proof system for preventing you from getting to a solution because each time you call you have to repeat failed "solutions", and they eventually say you have to do a full system reinstallation for a problem that existed from day one.
I built my own desktop for the first time before buying this laptop and if works way better!
