Reliable and good looking, but some software issues.

Pros: Fast.  Lots of Memory  Screen resolution is good to excellent. 

Cons: Programs included ones that they will eventually charge you for ("Trial" versions).

I have had this computer for two months now.  I don't use it every day, but I have found it reliable and trouble free.  There are some things I take issue with however.  They load a McAfree program on that you must register for.  If you don't you get annoying popups that tell you you need to regester and your computer is at risk.  It isn't as easy to eliminate them as you might think.  The other peeve I have is that I was told clearly that I would net Microsoft Works 9.0.  I was lead to believe that included Microsoft Word and Excel, or some version of them.  It is complicated, but what you get is a "trial version" and you would have to purchase the full versions if you wanted them.  The trial versions do not do what I need them to do.  The price was right and the screen looks swell.  I recommend the computer, but just beware of the fact that you don't get anything for free these days.  My personal experience with Dell support has been very good and that is why I chose Dell for both my desktop and laptop.
