The only thing better than a Dell 2407 is TWO of them.

Pros: Huge, many input choices, high resolution, very bright, good color. Professional.
Cons: Usually good, but sometimes spotty customer service from Dell.
The Bottom Line: If you need a 24" monitor, and you think you might ever plug in anything other than a computer, buy this one.

| collink's Full Review: Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP 24 in. TV |
I edit feature films for an independent production house in Texas. During the process of upgrading my edit suite I settled on this Dell UltraSharp 2407WFP monitor. Given that I had become rather smitten with working on a dual monitor system, and that I would be using the nVidia Quadro FX 1500 graphics card that would support a 3840x1200 screen resolution, I went ahead and got two. These monitors are a godsend. I absolutely love the ridiculously huge amount of desktop real estate. Sometimes I might have 3 or 4 other people in the studio reviewing footage with me, the size of these screens makes it easy on everyone in the room. The picture quality is excellent. There are highly adjustable picture settings, and the available inputs allow me to switch to and monitor other devices in the studio with ease. This feature alone made the Dells stand out over other very similar products from the likes of HP, Samsung, and others. They arrived well packaged, and ready to go right out of the box. My only customer service complaint is that Dell charged me sales tax even though I submitted my Texas sales tax exemption certificate with them in advance of the purchase.
