For the price, you can't ask for more. Denon offers high quality, durable products. Although this is not a high-end receiver, this is more then enough for the average home user.
This receiver offers a variety of options such as 5 channel stereo, pro logic II, plenty of inputs (i wish it had more optical inputs and offered coaxial inputs). At 70 watts x 5 channels, it offers plenty of power and maintains great clarity at high volumes.
Perhaps my only major gripe is that the remote control plain out sucks. It is designed very poorly and the buttons aren't crisp when you press it. However, a universal remote control will easily solve this problem.
I am using this receiver to power the following setup:
Klipsch rf3-II front towers
Klipsch synergy surrounds
Klipsch sc-1 center speaker
It sounds extremely good when paired with high quality speakers along the likes of klipsch.
