Dentyne Fire Spicy Cinnamon Gum is a robust red which opens with alternating peppery and sweet flavors. It's a big taste which rounds to a nice balance. Dentyne Fire possesses a spicy aroma which even as the flavor fades, leaves a persistent spiciness lingering in your mouth. Speaking of fading flavor, alas, there is little depth! 25 minutes of chewing was about 10 minutes too many.

This is a sugarless gum and while this wasn't evident while chewing, it did leave a finish of just a hint of "sugar substitute".
So, flavor doesn't last and there's a bit of sugar substitute aftertaste, but I still like Dentyne Fire Spicy Cinnamon gum. Afterall, who wants to chew a rubbery wad of gum endlessly? There are 12 candy coated pieces per package (6 servings), so I can(and do) pop 2 more fresh pieces in my mouth. Cost per package is a little over $1.00.
Mostly, I like the chewing experience --- which is analogous to what a jolt of expresso does to your body. A reformed caffieneaholic, I find chewing this gum is quite lively. My mouth feels refreshed, alive, and awake! If I'm having an afternoon lull, feeling sluggish driving alone to the beach, I reach for my Dentyne Fire.
The "heat" is bold, but not extreme or unpleasant. But, be forewarned; don't chew this gum close to any mealtime. It will temporarily alter your taste buds.(like toothpaste) It's got a similar effect to capsacin too. It doesn't really burn, but it does produce a slightly anesthetic feeling.
Dentyne Fire is a rectangular pellet shaped gum with a crunchy, red, thin candy coating. I don't recommend allowing the coating to melt in your mouth, because this negatively impacts the experience, leaving you with a ho hum gum.
Dentyne Fire has a good chewing texture, doesn't melt away and is available in a foil backed blister pack which slips easily into a cardboard sleeve. Stays neat, no worries about missing pieces in the depths of your purse, murse(man purse), briefcase, backpack etc...
Cinnamon lover? Like a little heat? I recommend this gum to satisfy.
